Sethu Menye is a young South African, based in Bloemfontein. He is a multi-disciplinary artist, who enjoys creating art with a digital aspect to it, often combining traditional art mediums with modern technology to create a new facet of contemporary art. He is currently focusing on paintings and digital works. Bloem Local, he finds inspiration from the people and area around him, as their life stories and his own lived experience build the foundation of his artworks. As a former student at the University of the Free State’s Art Department, he is currently a freelance artist.
